Dr. Bogash prescribes massage therapy for patients who need additional soft-tissue treatment. Deep tissue massage is an important part of treating many painful conditions, including carpal tunnel syndrome, headaches, and pain in the low back, shoulder, neck, hip, knee and elbow.
Stress-reducing massage helps you live a happier, healthier life by combating the stress you face every day. For your convenience, there are three licensed massage therapists working from the LifeCare Chiropractic offices.
Too busy to travel? Our licensed massage therapists can meet you at work or at a corporate event. Massage therapy in the workplace does wonders for morale and performance.

Scheduling policies
We understand unexpected things happen. To be fair to every client, these policies apply to all massage appointments.
No. Anyone can book a massage with one of our therapists.
We need 24 hours' notice to cancel, so someone else can take the slot. Without 24 hours' notice you will be charged the full amount of the appointment. This is a cash fee: it can't be taken as an extra punch off a punch card or billed to a Trade account, and it must be paid before your next appointment. Gift certificates will be voided in lieu of the fee.
Anyone who forgets or chooses to skip their appointment is considered a no-show and will be charged for the missed appointment.
Your session may be shortened so we can stay on time for clients booked after you. Depending on how late you are, your therapist will decide whether there's enough time to start. You're responsible for the full session regardless of how long the treatment actually is, so please plan to be on time.
Remove contact lenses and all jewelry, and pull long hair back. Massage is generally given unclothed, but you may wear undergarments or a swimsuit; you'll be covered with a sheet throughout.
