Agreement to these terms

These terms apply to this marketing website, operated by LifeCare Chiropractic, 1830 S Alma School Rd, Ste 135, Mesa, AZ 85210. They are effective August 28, 2026. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Using the site — including browsing, watching video, or sending a message — means you accept the current version.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how information and cookies are handled. They are part of how we operate the site, together with these terms.

Informational use only — not medical advice

Pages on this site describe chiropractic and wellness topics in general terms. They are not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or personal medical advice. Content can become outdated and may not apply to you.

Always talk with a qualified health professional about your own condition before starting, stopping, or changing care. If you think you have an emergency, call 911 or go to an emergency department. Do not use this website for urgent or emergency care.

No doctor–patient relationship from browsing

Reading this site, watching the clinic video, using the contact form, or exchanging a scheduling email does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins only if the clinic accepts you for care and you are seen in the office (or as the clinic otherwise agrees in person).

Nothing on the site is a guarantee of results. People respond to care differently.

Appointments and messages

The form on Contact & Schedule opens your email app with a draft to contactus@lifecarechiro.com. That is not an online booking system and does not reserve a time. Phone calls and emails are requests only.

A visit is not confirmed until someone from the office replies and agrees on a time. If you need to be seen soon, call (480) 839-2273 rather than waiting on email.

Please do not include detailed medical information in a website message. The Privacy Policy explains why.

Three-visit satisfaction policy

We publish this policy on the site (including the homepage and the contact-page FAQ): we cannot guarantee your results, but we want you to be satisfied that we will do everything we can to help. If, within your first three visits, you become unhappy with your decision to consult our office, we will refund the fees you have paid us and make other care recommendations.

The policy applies to fees you have paid this office for those visits. It is not a promise about insurance reimbursement, third-party billing, or care you receive somewhere else. Ask the front desk if you have questions about how a refund would be handled.

Intellectual property

Text, photographs, clinic video, logos, layout, and other materials on this site belong to LifeCare Chiropractic or to people who licensed them to us. You may view the site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or create derivative works from the site without our written permission, except for brief quotations with credit or uses the law already allows (such as fair use).

Names, marks, and media belonging to other companies (for example, map or video platforms) remain theirs.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site in a way that is unlawful, harassing, or harmful to others
• Submit someone else’s personal information without their permission
• Try to break, overload, or probe the site or its hosting
• Introduce malware or automated traffic that interferes with ordinary visitors
• Impersonate the clinic or misrepresent your connection to us
• Use site content to train a commercial model or dataset without permission

We may block access or ignore messages that appear to violate these rules.

Third-party sites and embeds

The site may link out (for example, Google Maps, PayPal checkout, and Leadpages offer pages) or embed third-party media (the Bunny Stream player, YouTube videos, Google Fonts icons, and the map on the contact page). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your data once you leave our pages or load their frames.

Disclosure of material connection

I have not received any compensation for writing this post. I have no material connection to the brands, products, or services that I have mentioned. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR, Part 255: “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.”

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent Arizona law allows, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Information about conditions and services is educational. It is not a substitute for an examination.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeCare Chiropractic and its owners, clinicians, and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of — or inability to use — this website, even if we were told such damages were possible.

This limit applies to the website only. It does not change duties that arise from in-office care if you become a patient, and it does not apply where Arizona law says liability cannot be limited.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold LifeCare Chiropractic and its owners, clinicians, and staff harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees that arise from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or content you send through the contact form or email, except to the extent a claim is caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that courts located in Arizona are the proper forum for disputes about the website, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The effective date will change when we publish a new version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current terms.
