Feet and ankles
Plantar fasciitis, heel pain and Achilles tendinitis.
Shockwave Therapy
A non-invasive treatment that uses acoustic waves to boost circulation, break down scar tissue and stimulate the body's own repair. No surgery, no needles, no downtime.

How It Works
High-energy sound waves are delivered into the painful tissue with a handheld applicator. They increase blood flow, break down scar tissue and stimulate cellular repair.
Unlike painkillers or steroid injections, the goal is to help the tissue heal, not just mute the symptoms. Most people can go straight back to work or daily activities afterwards.

What It Helps
If you've tried physical therapy, medication or other treatments without relief, shockwave may be the missing piece.
Plantar fasciitis, heel pain and Achilles tendinitis.
Tennis and golfer's elbow, rotator cuff problems and calcific shoulder.
Tendon pain around the hip and knee, stress fractures, trigger points and chronic tightness.
A Modern Solution for Chronic Pain
When pain slows you down, even simple daily tasks can feel impossible. Chronic pain can take away your strength, focus and joy. Shockwave therapy is a clinically proven, modern approach to treating pain at its source.
By delivering high-energy acoustic waves deep into affected tissues, it kickstarts the body's natural healing response where it's needed most. Unlike temporary fixes such as painkillers or steroid injections, shockwave targets the root cause of pain for long-term relief and improved function.
Why Patients Choose Shockwave

Shockwave Therapy
A non-invasive treatment that uses acoustic waves to promote healing in injured or painful areas. It stimulates circulation, reduces pain and enhances tissue repair.
Commonly plantar fasciitis, tendinitis (such as Achilles or elbow), shoulder pain from rotator cuff problems, calcific shoulder, stress fractures, and muscle and joint pain.
High-energy sound waves are applied to the affected area. They promote blood flow, break down scar tissue and stimulate cellular repair.
Most patients feel mild discomfort during treatment — many compare it to a deep tissue massage — but it is generally well tolerated. Any soreness usually fades shortly after the session.
About 10 minutes, depending on the condition being treated.
It depends on how long you've had the problem and how severe it is. Most patients benefit from 5–7 sessions, once or twice a week.
Temporary redness, swelling or soreness in the treated area is common and usually resolves within a few days.
It may not be suitable during pregnancy, or for people with bleeding disorders, active infections, or tumors in the treatment area. Ask us if you're unsure whether it's right for you.
Most patients resume normal activities immediately. It's best to avoid strenuous activity for a day or two after each session.
Wear comfortable clothing and don't put ice or heat on the area beforehand. Bring any relevant medical history or previous imaging for the condition.
Your first session is $20. Ask the office about package pricing for a full course of treatment.
