Conflict of Interest and the Public Trust
This is a very interesting commentary on the impact that the pharmaceutical companies have on physician decision making. This “conditioning” by the pharmaceuticals begins as the physicians are students. Unfortunately, this relationship leads to clouded judgement and future education built mainly on what the drug companies provide.
