Urban living environments in atopy and enhanced eosinophil activity
An interesting point brought up in this article is that the use of electric air conditioners increased risk of atopy (allergic symptoms). The bottom line here is that our kids are no longer getting the fresh air they used to. We’re so stuck on computers and TV that we forget to go out and enjoy the sunshine; and it’s having a negative impact on our health.
