East Valley patients
Gilbert sits immediately south of Mesa. SanTan Village is a real landmark people already navigate on weekends. The clinic they drive to is still the Mesa office on Alma School.

One Mesa clinic
Gilbert is one of the closer East Valley cities to this office. That is geography, not a boast about being “the Gilbert chiropractor.” LifeCare has not opened a suite by SanTan Village, and we will not staff a Saturday pop-up. Patients who already shop or meet friends at SanTan Village still come north to 1830 S Alma School Rd, Ste 135, because Dr. Bogash, the team, and the plan live there.
The drive is typically a short hop compared with coming from Phoenix or Queen Creek — often Cooper, Gilbert Road, or a cut over to Alma School, depending on which part of Gilbert you start from. We will not invent a minute number. Weekend mall traffic and school calendars are real; a published “12 minutes from SanTan” would be fiction. Bring the Mesa address and leave a little slack.
A lot of Gilbert visits are family-shaped. Parents who coach or stand on sidelines show up with low back pain. Kids’ sports and adult rec leagues bring knee pain. Screens after school and remote work after bedtime look like neck pain and headaches. None of that is exclusive to Gilbert, and we will not pretend it is. It is simply how the week is built in a city that grew as a family suburb on Mesa’s southern edge.
Shoulder problems from lifting, throwing, or a desk that never got set up correctly are shoulder and rotator cuff visits. After a collision on the SanTan (Loop 202) or a Gilbert arterial, auto injury and sciatica care happens in Mesa — not at a second front desk. You can read those pages, then meet the team if you want to know who will be in the room.
Gilbert Road and Val Vista already carry people into Mesa for school, church, and Saturday sports. The clinic is another stop on that existing northbound habit, not a reason to invent a Gilbert waiting list. If a closer office can do integrated care, use it. If you want this team, keep coming to Alma School.
What we will not do is split your file across two brands. Integrated care means the adjustment, the soft-tissue work, and the homework are one conversation. If you have been bouncing from a high-volume office to a stretch studio that never talks to it, the Mesa visit is built to stop that loop. That is the product. The city on your license is not.
For Gilbert and Chandler patients we treat headaches, lower backaches, shoulder pain, joint pain including knee pain, and neck pain — anything from muscles to ligaments, tendons and fascia. We understand all aspects of the body and work with you on your lifestyle, diet, exercise and stress levels to keep you as healthy as possible. From the moment you walk in the door, we want you to feel comfortable, safe and welcome. We cannot guarantee your results, but if, within the first three visits, you are unsatisfied with the care you've received, we will refund the money you have paid and offer other recommendations. We believe healing often comes from within, and we want to help you learn how to heal your body from the inside out.

Conditions & Services
Family schedules and rec sports are the local texture. The conditions are the Mesa clinic’s existing list.
How we treat
The visit is the same whether you live in Gilbert or park from across Mesa: restore motion, release the tissue that is guarding it, and change the habit that keeps reloading the problem.
Restore alignment so the joint can move the way it should.
Treat the muscle and fascia around the joint — not only the crack.
Sitting, training, and sleep habits that keep you from starting over.

Gilbert
Honest answers about the Mesa clinic — not a second Gilbert location.
No. SanTan Village is a real Gilbert landmark, but LifeCare is not there. The clinic is 1830 S Alma School Rd, Ste 135, Mesa. Gilbert patients drive north to that address.
For many Gilbert neighborhoods it is a short East Valley drive — shorter than coming from Phoenix or Queen Creek — but we will not quote exact minutes. Use the Mesa address in your maps app and allow for weekend traffic.
